Our Services
We’re in-network with various insurance providers, which may significantly affect or reduce the self-pay rates listed below. Although we check your health insurance benefits before your first session, the information we receive only estimates what your plan pays for services. Tip: always contact your insurance plan to find out what your insurance covers before beginning services. The information we receive is often an estimate and may not reflect the final cost.
If we discover a difference between the estimate and your actual coverage, we will notify you immediately. Our goal is to avoid unexpected charges, but if a balance remains, you will be responsible for the amount due. However, we will make every effort to work with you to resolve any outstanding balance.
New client appointment for individual counseling
This is the first session you will have with your therapist - during this session, you’ll begin exploring your goals for counseling and get to know your therapist.
Session time: typically 45-55 minutes | Self Pay Rate $205
Individual counseling for children, adolescents & adults
Follow-up or ongoing counseling sessions are the heart of the therapeutic process. You'll dive deeper into specific issues, learn new coping skills, and discuss progress.
Typically sessions occur weekly - however, session frequency is flexible. You and your therapist will collaborate to determine the session frequency that helps you reach your individual goals in counseling.
Session time: typically 50-55 minutes | Self Pay Rate $180
Couples Counseling
We currently have one therapist with our practice who specifically works with couples. We’re glad to discuss this option further - please contact us for more info!

Session fees, co-pays and/or co-insurance fees are due at the time of service.
Initial Assessment (Session): 45-50 minutes: $205
Individual Therapy Sessions: 45-50 minutes: $180
