“I believe counseling is most effective when people feel understood, valued, and supported. Whether I am working with an individual, couple, or family, I take time to get to know the people I serve and understand what is most important to them. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming, and authentic space where you can openly explore challenges, strengthen relationships, and work toward the changes that matter most to you.
I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families who are navigating anxiety, life transitions, stress, relationship concerns, and questions related to faith or spirituality. I take a whole-person approach to therapy, recognizing that mental, emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual wellness are often interconnected. Whether you are facing a specific challenge or simply feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, I strive to support you in a way that reflects your unique needs and goals.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on helping clients discover their strengths while developing practical tools for growth and healing. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) through a person-centered and trauma-informed lens to help clients gain insight, improve relationships, and create meaningful change. If spirituality is an important part of your life, I am happy to incorporate it into our work together when requested.
Wherever you are on your journey, I am honored to walk alongside you.”
Mady received a master's degree in counseling from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in May 2026 and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Purdue University in May 2024.
