Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, from children to adults, addressing a variety of mental health concerns. Some of the areas I’ve focused on include:
Trauma & PTSD – Utilizing EMDR and other trauma-informed approaches to help clients process and heal from difficult experiences.
Anxiety & Stress Management – Supporting individuals in finding practical, effective ways to manage anxiety and reduce stress.
Depression & Mood Disorders – Helping clients navigate feelings of hopelessness, overwhelm, and emotional struggles.
Life Transitions & Personal Growth – Assisting people through major changes, career shifts, relationship challenges, and personal development.
Attachment & Relationship Concerns – Exploring relationship dynamics, patterns, and ways to foster healthier connections.
My Role Now
Although I no longer see clients directly, I stay actively involved in the field by providing clinical supervision to associate-level therapists and mentoring newer professionals in private practice. I love helping therapists grow in confidence, develop their skills, and navigate the challenges of the mental health profession.
At Greenway Counseling & Wellness, we focus on creating a practice that is warm, down-to-earth, and deeply committed to client care. Our administrative team plays a huge role in making this possible, and I’m grateful to work alongside such a dedicated group of people.
If you’re a therapist interested in learning more about our practice or looking for a place that values connection, growth, and authenticity, I’d love to connect!
