I’ve worked in the mental health field for over 25 years, gaining experience in both community-based settings and private practice. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals work through life’s challenges, supporting them through difficult transitions, healing from past experiences, and finding new ways to move forward.

  • Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies (Early Childhood Development) – University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Graduated in 1996

  • Master of Science in Community Counseling – University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Graduated in 2000

  • Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC #4739)

  • Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor (LCMHCS S4739)

  • EMDRIA Level 2 Trained in EMDR since 2017 (Previously EMDR Certified from 2020-2024)
