Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. You might be navigating anxiety or depression, working through the impact of painful past experiences, or feeling disconnected from yourself or your life. Sometimes this shows up in your relationships, where it feels hard to set boundaries, communicate your needs, or find your voice. Other times, it shows up more internally as worry, low mood, self-doubt, or a sense of feeling stuck. Others come to therapy during periods of transition, such as starting or ending relationships, moving, shifting careers or deciding what to study, or trying to figure out what’s next, and are simply looking for a place to sort through it all.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and insight-oriented. I draw from a range of therapeutic perspectives, including humanistic, psychodynamic, and attachment-based approaches, while maintaining a trauma-informed lens, and tailor my work to what feels most helpful for you. More than anything, I focus on really understanding you, how you think, how you relate, and what’s been shaping your experience. Together, we take a closer look at what’s been difficult or stuck while identifying opportunities for change and healing. As we do, many people begin to notice shifts in anxiety, mood, and self-doubt, creating more space for clarity, confidence, and a greater sense of ease.

Therapy isn’t about being told what to do. It’s about understanding yourself more fully and feeling more confident in how you move through your life. I aim to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported as you gain insight, find your voice, and begin to experience meaningful, lasting change.

If this feels like it might be a good fit, I’d be glad to connect.
