Molly Kreuger, MS, NCC, LCMHC
Molly works with college students and adults (ages 18+). She focuses on assisting those dealing with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma and post-traumatic growth, life transitions and adjustment issues.
“As a generalist clinician, I work with adults and college students to address maladaptive behaviors, overcome histories of trauma, and gain deeper personal insight. Using an integrative approach that draws on humanistic, Gestalt, and psychodynamic therapies, I help clients develop a sense of wholeness, congruence, and self-actualization. By exploring past experiences to gain insight into current concerns, we can shape new ways of thinking and doing. Counseling provides an opportunity to enhance quality of life, and I will walk alongside you with openness and empathy as you navigate positive personal growth, ultimately fostering a deeper sense of satisfaction, balance, purpose, and control over your life.
