As our Operations Manager, Kimberly Williams oversees the essential systems, processes, and policies that drive the overall efficiency and growth of Greenway Counseling & Wellness. She focuses on managing the broader picture, including financial operations, insurance troubleshooting, payroll, and benefits administration, while also ensuring staff compliance and productivity. Kimberly brings strategic oversight and problem-solving expertise, ensuring that our practice operates smoothly and sustainably.

Kimberly, our Operations Manager, is the glue that keeps everything running smoothly around here. I lovingly refer to Kimberly as having a “PhD” in common sense and solutions—a title she more than lives up to. With a background in insurance billing for a physician’s office and managing the administrative side of a preschool program, Kimberly brings a wealth of experience, sharp logic, and an unmatched ability to get things done. She’s the go-to person for just about anything our group needs, and her calm, balanced approach keeps us all on track. Simply put, Kimberly is the heart of our operations, and we’d be lost without her.

The beach is my happy place, and I go as often as possible to relax and recharge. I enjoy reading, shopping, cooking, crafting, and spending quality time with friends in my free time. Whether it’s a quiet day with a good book or a fun outing, I cherish the little moments that bring joy.”
