My goal in therapy is to help you find your way. I utilize a holistic approach when working with clients, focusing on mind and body. I enjoy using Client-Centered Therapy with my clients and believe that establishing a rapport is an important part of the process. Our work together may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR). EMDR is a therapy technique using eye movements to help manage disturbing memories. By doing so, we can help you reach your full potential.
