Clinician Pay
Clinicians are paid on a fee-for-service basis, meaning compensation is earned when providing client services.
Full-Time (W2) Clinicians:
Fully Licensed Clinicians: Earn 50% of revenue generated from client services plus benefits.
Associate Level Clinicians: Earn 45% of revenue generated from client services plus benefits.
Part-Time (W2) Clinicians:
Fully Licensed Clinicians: Earn 46% of revenue generated from client services plus benefits.
Associate Level Clinicians: Earn 42% of revenue generated from client services plus benefits.
Insurance-Based Practice: The majority of our clients utilize insurance to cover their session costs, making insurance reimbursements the primary revenue source for our practice. Based on this factor, clinicians seeing approximately 23 average clients a week, potentially working 48 weeks a year, could typically earn/take home (fee-for-service) an average of approximately $77,000. Seeing more than 23 clients/week on average and potentially taking off more/less time can affect earning potential.
Where Does the Revenue Go? Understanding Compensation & Benefits
At Greenway, our goal is to provide competitive pay while covering the essential costs that allow our clinicians to focus on client care. While 50% of revenue goes directly to clinician salaries, the remaining revenue is reinvested into benefits, business operations, and support services that ensure stability, growth, and sustainability for our team.
The chart below illustrates how revenue is distributed, showing that every dollar earned goes back into paying our team, covering essential expenses, and ensuring a thriving practice for both clinicians and clients.
