Position details for our current openings

Full-Time EMDR, ART, or Brainspotting Therapist

(in-office + hybrid)

We’re looking for a therapist trained in — or currently working toward training in — one or more of the following:

  • EMDR (Level 2 or higher)

  • ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy)

  • Brainspotting

This clinician should feel comfortable working with trauma and anxiety in both adolescents and adults.

Preferred License Status

Fully Licensed (LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT) or Associate Licensed (LCMHCA).
Associate-level clinicians receive free clinical supervision as part of our benefits package.

Scheduling Needs

For Full-Time Clinicians:
We’re flexible while meeting client needs. Because most clients prefer afternoon or early evening sessions, clinicians are expected to offer availability at least three afternoons or early evenings each week (for example, 3, 4, and 5 p.m.). This typically provides around nine appointment spots per week, though some clinicians choose to open a fourth day or add additional late-day sessions if their caseload needs it.
Each clinician should align their schedule with the typical availability of their client population to maintain a consistent and balanced caseload.

Part-Time Child & Adolescent Therapist

(typically in-office)

We’re looking for a clinician who enjoys working with children, teens, and their families using play therapy and developmentally attuned approaches.

Preferred License Status

Fully Licensed (LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT) or Associate Licensed (LCMHCA).
Associate-level clinicians receive free clinical supervision as part of our benefits package.

Scheduling Needs

This position is designed for a therapist who can provide in-person sessions on the days when our Play Therapy room is available — Wednesdays and Saturdays. Clinicians must be available to see clients on Wednesdays, with Saturdays strongly preferred for additional play therapy sessions.

Part-Time clinicians typically have 16–19 sessions on average per week, depending on their caseload and client mix. Clinicians who also work with adolescents (or adults) may schedule those clients in other therapy rooms on different days of the week, as space allows.

This position can also grow into a full-time role over time if desired.
